Pathetic experience ever, We literally felt as if we were given worker's room (Infact) we were actually been given. Room was messy , cupboard was full of servant's clothes. AC was noisy and worst part was we felt like vomiting seeing the washroom . bizarre experience, we had a nightmare seeing & experiencing this dirty hotel. On top of it, they charged 1,200 bugs for the room which was non refundable. Staff owner's had no respect for the guest & fooled us literally. Please do not step in to this hotel by any chance.

Clean rooms in a good hotel

A very good hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Service was very attentive. Staff were lovely people, always willing to help. The bathroom was wonderful with pleasant fragrance of bath fresh. Bed was clean and comfortable. Location is good and easily accessible.

I had stayed at Hotel Konark Inn during my Mumbai trip on OCT 2016. The hotel facilities and rooms were very average. The room was not clean and the accessories were damaged. A budget option for short stay.

I stayed with a family of 4 at this hotel, we had booked 2 rooms. The location is very good, its very near to Ghansoli local station and is on outskirts of Navi Mumbai. The hotel staff called in advance to confirm our reservation and arrival time. We reached after mid-night and they were awake to receive us. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Food is not cooked here, instead they order from outside. So we usually had breakfast only and then ate out while we traveled. Its very easy to go to places like Lonavla, Khandala, Panchgani etc from here. Since this hotel is in midst of a market place, so you can find all daily needs from here. People who are accustomed to large rooms/suites and very comfortable living and grand eating may stay away. This hotel is meant for short stays and not much luxury. It would suit people who just want a place to stay and then move out for travelling/exploring Mumbai.
